Unconditional Return Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your
purchase
Please contact us first to initiate any return process within 24 hours after the
rug is delivered.
We do not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
We will not accept any returns after 3 business days of receipt nor any refund
will be issued. However, we will exchange with a new rug or issue a store credit
for the same amount or higher within 30 days.
We do accept consignment from dealers and privates. Only Antique rugs in very
good condition and clean, no repairs, no damages. Email us and send photos.
We also appraise rugs for a fee.
Over the past 12 years Rice Oriental Rugs has been working hard to satisfy our
customers. In addition to providing an extensive and varied inventory of
decorative and antique rugs, also offers a range of other services. Fine rugs
require cleaning maintenance, as well as repairs we are pleased to meet these
needs as well. Over time we have developed an expert team of restorers and rug
cleaners who can service the requirements of our clients what ever they may be.

Residents of Hawaii and Alaska, Canadian and International customers please
contact us before purchasing for a quote on your shipping and handling charges,
since the shipping charge could vary.
